Overview
SMS2PDF is a utility app that converts your SMS messages into PDF documents entirely on your device. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and what we never do with it.
SMS Access
SMS2PDF requests permission to read your SMS messages solely to convert them into PDF documents at your request. We do not read, copy, transmit, or store your messages on any external server. All processing happens locally on your device.
PDF Generation
PDF files are generated entirely on-device using your message data. The resulting PDF is saved to your device's local storage and is never uploaded to our servers. You control where your PDFs go — whether you keep them locally or share them via email, cloud storage, or messaging apps.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit your SMS content, contact names, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs that access your message data.
Permissions
The app requests only the permissions necessary to function: SMS read access (to select and convert messages) and storage access (to save generated PDFs). These permissions are used solely for the stated purpose and are never used for advertising or data collection.
Third-Party Services
SMS2PDF does not share your data with third parties. The app does not include advertising SDKs or data-broker integrations.
Children's Privacy
SMS2PDF is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
